This Breakfast Sushi Is Filled With Tater Tots, Eggs And Wrapped In Bacon

Sushi doesn’t have great shelf life. Either you eat your rolls in its entirety the night before, or you’re chowing on pieces with dry rice and soggy insides the next morning. If you want to enjoy sushi that’s specifically designed for breakfast, however, this is it.

Created by Tym Bussanich, the Breakfast Sushi is made with the core ingredients to a typical American breakfast. From the middle you have cheese, eggs, tater tots and jalapeño all mixed together and wrapped around a bacon-weave casing.

If you think you want to try to recreate this beauty at home, check out this quick video highlighting the basics of how to make this beauty. You can also hope over to Tym’s blog and check out the full recipe.
