Rocky Road + Brownies + Pie? Lindsey, you know me too well. This Rocky Road Brownie Pie incorporates brownie and pie ingredients for a wonderful base, highlighted by unsalted almonds for crunch, light brown sugar, chocolate chips and mini marshmallows throughout for that gooey consistency. As for the toppings, a bit more of the same, including those mini marshmallows, chopped almonds and a nice drizzle of hot fudge.
