Eggnog Pudding Pie in a Cupcake

Again, baking genius Megan Seling has won our Foodbeast hearts/stomachs with this amazing pairing of flavors. This time though, she created the recipe to share on the Urban Outfitters blog (congrats!) and has taken a miniature eggnog pudding pie and baked it in a cupcake with luscious cranberry buttercream frosting. A win on two fronts!
