Umami Burger Miami Opens Friday with New Cubano Burger

Umami Burger will be bringing its signature stamped buns and hand-formed patties to Miami this Friday, May 10th at 11 am. This location will not only mark Umami’s first restaurant in Florida but on the east coast.

Know for their petite, savory burgers, Umami made a name for itself among frou frou palates in California — creating a sensation by touting the “fifth taste.” While each location keeps its classic menu (Umami Burger with shiitake mushroom, caramelized onions, roasted tomato, parmesan crisp, umami ketchup and the Manly Burger with beer-cheddar cheese, smoked salt-onion strings, bacon lardon, for example), they boast their own unique offerings as well.

The South Beach joint will feature the Cubano Burger, exclusive to this location only. The new item contains mojo mustard, house cheese, pickles, proscuitto, smoked ham and a patty made from pork and pork belly.

Ugh, suddenly dinner seems excruciatingly far away.

Umami Burger SOBE will be open Sunday to Thursday from 11 am to 11 pm; Friday to Saturday from 11 am to midnight.
