Mimi’s Cafe Will Give You Free Soup For Wearing Red Today

Mimi’s Cafe is raising awareness for the American Heart Association by giving away free cups of their signature soup to any customer who wears red today (February 1st). The charitable freebie is designed to bring attention to National Go Red for Women Day, which raises awareness about women’s heart disease and stroke.

Mimi’s will also give a heart-shaped tribute card and $30 in Mimi’s Savings to any customer who donates $1 towards Go Red for Women during the whole month of February.

So basically, you get free soup for wearing red and can contribute to women’s health research for the price of a Snickers bar. . . pretty sure that’s the best deal we’ve seen in a long time.
