Taco Bell Officially Testing Tacos Made of Fritos Shells

Taco Bell had it right when the Doritos Locos Tacos came out, now they’re downgrading that concept with Fritos Tacos.

We saw a sneak peak of this when a photo shown during a Taco Bell presentation pictured a taco inside a bag of Fritos. Now they’ve been spotted, at least in Tennessee, where it looks like they’re being tested.

A reddit user from Memphis posted a photo of the Fritos Tacos and Chili Cheese Fritos Tacos on the drive-thru menu of his local Taco Bell.

The Redditor said it tastes just like Fritos, which isn’t encouraging.

There was also this review of the tacos from Memphis’ own, ‘Dudes N Space’ and they all agreed that it tastes like, “Something.”

If you like Fritos, then you must be ecstatic, but let’s be real, Fritos suck. The chili cheese flavored ones are OK, but the only time kids eat Original Fritos is in little league, when they get last pick at after-game snacks. Now, the only time adults will eat Fritos, is to see if these tacos actually have flavor.
