Taco Bell Testing New Vegan Crunchwrap In Select Cities

Taco Bell’s built itself a lauded reputation for its vegetarian and vegan options, becoming an unexpected pillar in fast food for those with such dietary lifestyles. Further bolstering that rep is a new Vegan Crunchwrap that the brand is testing in select cities for now.

The Vegan Crunchwrap has gone through extensive in-house testing and tasting and features a proprietary vegan seasoned beef that has been in the works for years. It also boasts a cool vegan blanco sauce and warm vegan nacho sauce, both of which are also proprietary.

I had the chance to try to the new Vegan Crunchwrap and can vouch for its quality and taste being on par with the original Crunchwrap. The plant-based protein was savory and presented a craveable flavor profile with the combo of vegan nacho sauce and vegan blanco sauce.

Taco Bell’s new Vegan Crunchwrap will be testing in Los Angeles, New York City and Orlando starting June 8 for a limited time, while supplies last.
