Strongest Coffee in the World Has 200% More Caffeine than Normal

Oh, and it’s called “Death Wish,” in case you wanted a bright and sunny start to your morning. One 12 oz cup of Starbucks coffee will run you approximately 260 mg of caffeine, according to EnergyFiend. Now take that cup, pour yourself some Death Wish, and get ready for 520 milligrams, DOUBLE the DOSE, of caffeine. Eeks.

“I had customers come in and say, ‘give me the strongest cup you got,’ and they wanted a darker roast,” Mike Brown, the man behind Death Wish, told Yahoo! Shine. “I did some research and I blended the strongest beans in the world from Indonesia, Ethiopia, and South America.”

I see this going one of two ways. You down a cup of Death Wish in the morning and you have an awesome, super productive day. Or, you end up KO’ing in your bowl of Froot Loops because your heart just exploded.

Luckily, they have 2 oz sample sizes so you can avoid the latter.
