Roscoe's House of Chicken n' Waffles

In the mid 1970s Herb Hudson and his friend Roscoe moved from New York to Hollywood to open one of Los Angeles’ staple restaurants. On October 31st, 2008, a few of us here at Foodbeast decided to embark out of the Orange County bubble and spend halloween night with a few choice musical artists at the Paladium courtesy of the awesome people at PacSun. Following the festivities, it seemed only proper to stumble a few blocks down past all the amazingly dressed Halloweeners littering the streets and get our fried-chicken-and-waffle-fix on.
