Norms Restaurants Debut a Quesabirria Menu

The popularity of quesabirria has surged within the past number of years, with the Tijuana product taking Los Angeles by storm and then letting its frenzy spread globally. As popular as it is, mainstream chain restaurants still haven’t fully hopped on its hype train, save for El Pollo Loco debuting birria within the past month, and now, Norms Restaurants.

The Southern California diner staple recently debuted a quesabirria menu lineup of four new items: 1/4 Beef Quesabirria Burger, Braised Beef Chilaquiles, Shredded Beef Omelette, and Quesabirria Fries. All of these choices include Norms’ take on birria, which is tender, slowly braised beef seasoned with chiles, onion, tomato, garlic, and traditional herbs and spices.

Norms’ new Quesabirria lineup will be available from February 2 through May 7. Check out the shots below to see the rest of the menu items:
