McDonald’s Makes A New Garlic Sauce In Collab With Hit Anime ‘Jujutsu Kaisen’

Summer is here and we’re traveling the world. Japan is rated the top travel destination for summer 2024, but for those who can’t afford those hefty ticket prices, McDonald’s is bringing a taste of Japan to us.

McDonald’s has partnered with the hit anime series “JUJUTSU KAISEN” to introduce a new limited time dipping sauce: the Special Grade Garlic Sauce. This sauce features eight unique lids, each celebrating a fan-favorite character from the series.

Inspired by the Black Garlic Sauce from McDonald’s Japan, the Special Grade Garlic Sauce is tangy with sweet notes of garlic and soy sauce. Americans can savor this delicious sauce starting now, available exclusively on the McDonald’s app or for free with any order of Chicken McNuggets. If you don’t have the app, you might want to download that ASAP.

Each purchase of the sauce also unlocks a 30-day free trial of Crunchyroll, where you can watch full episodes of “JUJUTSU KAISEN” and more of your favorite anime content. So, enjoy the flavors of Japan and dive into the world of anime with McDonald’s and Crunchyroll this summer.
