Mango Sticky Rice in Cookie Form is Something We Should Treat Ourselves To

Leid Cookies Mango Sticky Rice

Mango sticky rice is an incredible dessert from Southeast Asia that’s found in many Thai, Vietnamesse, Cambodian, Lao, and Filipino restaurant menus. The sweet treat is traditionally made with glutinous rice, fresh mango, and coconut milk, and it’s no wonder why it’s a favorite among many.

But what if I told you that this fantastic dessert has made its way into cookie form? Just picture the deliciousness of mango sticky rice’s tropical flavors packed into a delectable cookie. Mouthwatering, right? Thanks to Lei’d Cookies, this is now a tasty reality.

The pop-up cookie company out of Los Angeles, California just announced a new Mango Sticky Rice Cookie flavor that will debut this Sunday at Smorgasburg Los Angeles and also on their website starting February 1, just in time for Valentine’s Day.

Lei’d Cookies’ slogan is “Cookies so good you’ll feel like you just got Lei’d.” And with a Mango Sticky Rice flavor for a cookie coming up, I’m thinking I’d need a cigarette after a few of them.
