Jack in the Box Now Has an ‘Enchilada’ Taco

Jack in the Box, the purveyors of dorm-room approved culinary abominations we’re all guilty of eating on a bathroom floor at one point in our life has quietly added an Enchilada Monster Taco to their menu.

The new addition features a “large, filling, monster size crunchy taco topped with shredded lettuce, melted cheddar cheese, and a bold enchilada sauce.”

Enchilada-Monster-Taco

The taco has already gotten some favorable notice, with our friends at BrandEating commending Jack on “delivering an enchilada-like experience.”

Between the greasy, partially soft and crunchy corn tortilla and paste-like meat filling, all you need is cheese and enchilada sauce to complete the experience. I thought the enchilada sauce might be too similar to Jack in the Box’s taco sauce, but it’s more robust, less tangy, and just a little spicy. It works out pretty well with the seasoning of the meat.

Well, there you have it folks.
