Hormel Debuts First-Of-Its-Kind Oven Ready Bacon

Hormel’s newest product will give bacon lovers even more reason to love it. The company has announced a first-of-its-kind product called “Hormel Black Label Oven Ready Thick Cut Bacon with Oven Safe Tray.” Lengthy name aside, it’ll not only save you time, but it’s also a mess-free way to enjoy crispy and savory strips. Cooking only takes 20 minutes or more depending on your preferred crunch, and you can discard the tray afterward without having to lay a finger on raw meat. 

“With OVEN READY Thick Cut Bacon, it’s never been easier to enjoy the unmatched flavor of HORMEL BLACK LABEL bacon. Our Oven Safe Tray delivers eight perfectly cooked slices, every single time,” said Aly Sill, senior brand manager for HORMEL BLACK LABEL Bacon, in a press release.

Hormel’s new Oven Ready Bacon is now available at select retailers with a full-scale release to follow in 2025.
