We’ve highlighted Joe’s Rotisseria in the past, taking note and tipping our hat to the New Jersey pizzeria’s mad house approach to pizza and other Italian-American favorites. We love the energy they bring into the food world. Their latest creation, a mega slice of General Tso Pizza continues the buzz that keeps the kitchen at Joe’s electrifying.
The science is simple here folks: the Chinese-American classic, General Tso’s chicken, joins broccoli and rice on top of Joe’s mega slice to make for one gargantuan chef’s kiss.
It’s a full meal in one slice, I can’t complain. How much more unbridled brilliance will Joe’s Rotisseria come up with next? I’m pretty sure the hits will keep coming straight outta Jersey.
