Florida Beer Company Will Pay 3 Interns $12,000 To Travel, Party and Drink Beer

Calling all beer drinkers who want to make money doing what they do best.

A Florida-based chain of craft beer taverns called World of Beer is on the search for three paid interns to travel the world drinking beer at breweries for four months. The “Drink It Interns” will be paid $12,000, enjoy free travel and drink all the beer their hearts desire.

The official description for the “Drink It Intern” reads:

“Whether you’re a photographer or writer, social media maverick or beer blog surfer, we are looking for you. Adventure seekers and storytellers, beer experts or novices, brewery nerds and foodie fans all open to apply. So if you want to live, drink and tell the tale to the world, get ready to apply for the chance to share your experience as a Drink It Intern.”

The job description involves documenting the experience through blogging, photography and social media. Potential candidates must be willing to travel to domestic and international locations to meet brewers and attend beer festivals.

To apply for the opportunity of a lifetime, beer connoisseurs must submit an application to the website and share a one-minute video about themselves and their interest for the position. Applicants also have the option to interview at one of World of Beers’ taverns across the country. Application is open March 1 and ends March 26. All candidates must be 21 years or older to apply. A World of Beer spokesman released an update stating that applicants don’t have to be a U.S. citizen, but individuals must be authorized to work in the U.S.
