McDonald’s has gone from a humble California burger joint to the ubiquitous fast food monolith that it is today, spanning the globe with 40,000 restaurant locations.

With that global presence, we can be sure there will be unique menu items to be found exclusively at McDonald’s locations in particular countries. The Golden Arches are known for their fast food value, however, there’s some of its menu items that can cost as much as a regular entree at a sit down restaurant.
