This Las Vegas Cookie Bar Has Boozy Chocolate Mojito and Oreo Kitchen Sink Cookies

To be completely honest, I’m not sure why all of these cookie photos have trippy-multicolor backgrounds. But it doesn’t matter because the Oreo Kitchen Sink Cookie (pictured above) combines a foundational layer of chocolate chip cookie, a secondary layer of America’s favorite cookie – the Oreo, and smacks you in the face with a brownie on top. I’ve never seen anything like it, and to be blunt — if you and I were on a deserted island with one cookie left… you’d cease to exist.

The Cookie Bar Las Vegas is now open to the public and boasts additional menu items including the alcohol-infused Drunk Pumpkin Punch (cake rum pumpkin walnut cookies with rum cream cheese frosting) and the Chocolate Mojito (creme de menthe infused mint cookies with 3 kinds of chocolate chips, Andes mints and mint chocolate drizzle). And if the Oreo Kitchen Sink cookie doesn’t do anything for you — you might want to try the Peanut Butter Kitchen sink. Same premise but with a peanut butter cup middle. Check out the photos of the Chocolate Mojito and Drunk Pumpkin Punch cookies respectively, below.
