Drunk Hot Dog Has Shrimp Salad, Mashed Potatoes & Fried Onions

The Swedes take surf ‘n’ turf to the next level with this Tunnbrödsrulle — a sandwich of flatbread, a few hot dogs, shrimp salad, roasted or fried onions, mashed potatoes, Swedish spices and, occasionally, some iceberg and tomato to round out the food pyramid. It’s apparently a popular drunchie for people stumbling home from the bars.

This particular behemoth comes from a food truck called SwedeDISH (clever!) in Orlando, Florida, and is named the Thor Viking Dog, likely because it’s for when you’re hammered.
