Alberto's

Before meeting up with the crowds to catch a midnight showing of last week’s fabulous Pixar animated Wall-E, foodbeast field correspondent Mang and I decided it would only be proper to swing by the always open “Alberto’s”, in Anaheim, CA.

Well decorated.

Chicken Torta: Lettuce, fresh guacamole, blistering salsa, juicy chicken between two amazingly light torta breading.

Cosign on Mang’s carne asada version of the torta.

An inside view of Mang’s carne asada burrito.

Personally, nothing hits the spot like the grilled shrimp burrito. Hefty rice/salsa mixture, fresh greens, grilled veggies, special sauce and of course the grilled shrimp.

After a long day, there’s nothing like staring across the table and watch Mang pop burritos like Aspirin. What’s even better is relaxing outside Alberto’s and enjoying the night traffic of State College. These guys have locations across Orange County from what I know, but enjoy the location described above at:

1258 S State College Blvd

Anaheim, CA 92806
