Starbucks 2026 Fall Menu Is Here And It Brought Banana Bread
Fall is right around the corner, even if recent temperatures don’t feel like it. And as has become tradition, the season makes many think of a certain three letters: PSL. Starbucks is more than ready.
On Tuesday (Aug. 25), the popular coffee chain brought back its beloved Pumpkin Spice Latte alongside a host of other fall flavors. This year’s seasonal lineup includes new pumpkin spice beverages, banana bread-inspired drinks and the new Chaider, a cider-inspired take on chai.
Starbucks’ expanded pumpkin spice lineup includes the new Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso, Pumpkin Spice Chai and Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha. Returning favorites such as the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai and Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino are also back.
Pecan returns to the fall menu via the Pecan Cortado, Iced Pecan Crunch Latte and Pecan Crunch Latte, while two new beverages take inspiration from banana bread. The Iced Banana Bread Latte and Iced Banana Bread Chai combine banana, cinnamon and brown sugar flavors for a dessert-like spin on Starbucks’ cold drinks.
Finally, the new Chaider gives chai a fall remix with cider-inspired flavors of cinnamon and sweet spice.
Starbucks is also adding new food and limited-time merchandise for the season. The new Chicken Bacon Protein Pocket packs tender chicken, crispy bacon and creamy garlic herb cheese spread into toasted whole wheat lavash flatbread, with 20 grams of protein per serving.
On the sweeter side, the new Hedgehog Cake Pop combines vanilla cake and buttercream with chocolaty icing and chocolate sprinkles. The Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin also returns, featuring a spiced pumpkin muffin filled with sweet cream cheese and topped with chopped, spiced pepitas.
And for the real pumpkin spice faithful, Starbucks’ PSL Society collection celebrates the season with new drinkware and a hat.
