Jack In The Box Debuts New Chicken Sandwich As Part Of ‘Pineapple Express’ Menu Lineup

If you’re familiar with the movie Pineapple Express, then you know Seth Rogan has clearly stated that Jack in the Box’s Pineapple Express items has no association with the movie, but we do wonder what Seth is going to say this year…

Jack in the Box has fully embraced the upcoming 4/20 weed holiday and curated an extended Pineapple Express Family including the new Pineapple Express Red Bull Infusion, new Pineapple Express Chicken Sandwich and the returning Pineapple Express Shake.

According to Jack in the Box, the Pineapple Express Red Bull Infusion is an energizing iced beverage infused with pineapple and passion fruit flavors. Sounds like an ideal beverage for 4/20 to help with cottonmouth.

The Pineapple Express Chicken Sandwich is an all-white meat crispy chicken filet with Smokey Pineapple BBQ Sauce, fire roasted pineapple, and hickory smoked bacon on a pineapple Hawaiian bun.

To taste test this sandwich you’ll have to be a lucky resident at select Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, and Las Vegas locations. You’ll also have to act fast because the sandwich is a taste test item available for a limited time.

And back just in time for the popular holiday, the Pineapple Express Shake will be available from 4/20 to 4/24 for $4.20.

Also new this year, fans can also snag a $2 Pineapple Express air freshener at Jack in the Box stores, in case their ride smells loud! All proceeds will go to the Jack Foundation whose mission is to support the communities where their employees and guests live.
