The Crack Shack Experiments with Chicken Smash Patty Burger

Smash patty burgers are all the rage now, and with good reason, the thin beef patties provide an appealing textural crisp and crunch that are a delicious contrast to the rest of the burger. Popular San Diego-based chicken chain, The Crack Shack, is looking to mix things up by introducing a chicken smash patty burger.

Dubbed the Super Smash Bird, the new experimental offering hitting test kitchens recently offers a smashed chicken burger, flattop onions, house Funyuns, pickles, burger sauce and American cheese housed within potato roll buns.

The limited time only Super Smash Bird is available at The Crack Shack locations in Southern California and Las Vegas.
