Jack Attack Sammie — Bacon Mania Food Truck

During our latest visit to the OC Fair, we were called upon as judges for a Food Truck vs. Fair Food throw-down of sorts. One of the winning dishes was this spectacular Jack Attack Sammie from the folks at the Bacon Mania Truck. Their contest-specific grilled cheese-based sandwich was full with Mac’n Bac’n and juicy pulled Piggy Back Pork. The combination of macaroni, cheese, bacon chunks, pulled pork, and a cheese crisped bread casing was spectacular.
