Elvis Cookie Sandwich

My man Nick is king of taking good ideas and…blowing them way out of the hemisphere, usually transforming them into great ideas. We’ve seen bacon cookies before…and we’ve seen Elvis inspired sandwiches in the past, but today, Nick brings both together for this wonderful Elvis Cookie Sandwich.

The cookies were made from scratch, a hodgepodge of 6 strips of bacon, eggs, butter, brown and white sugar, peanut butter, vanilla extract, bananas, flour and baking powder. The interior of the sandwich was classic, sporting multiple layers of peanut butter spread, bacon and banana squeezed between the two freshly baked cookies.
