Guava Pastry Burger
It’s burger month, and the innovators over at Florida-based Pincho Factory are not ones to rest on the celebration. To kick off the month, their test kitchen pushed out this amazing looking trio of Miami favorites into one expressive sandwich. Utilizing 2 guava pastries as buns, a 5 oz. signature patty drenched in white Paisa Cheese, folks in the proximity of Pincho must be doing cart wheels. Anyone know the cost of a direct flight from Orange County to Miami? *drool*
