Fruity Pebble Ice Cream Fudge Pie

We’re looking at one of the most amazing dessert pies I’ve seen in quite some time. What makes it so beastly? The crust is made entirely from scratch, entirely of Fruity Pebbles, a layer of fudge, cake batter ice cream, another layer of fudge and a heavy sprinkling of Fruity Pebbles on the top.
