The Must Eats At Disney’s EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival

Walt Disney World’s EPCOT is renowned for many things, but one of its standout features is the plethora of amazing food festivals held throughout the year, one of which is the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival.

Running from February 28 to May 27, 2024, it features a tantalizing array of food, beverages, interactive exhibits, and more. Guests can check out all the food options at the Garden Graze or 16 different Outdoor Kitchens all offering various delicious bites. Here, we share our top picks from the festival!

Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail

This vibrant cocktail features Islamorada Brewery and Distillery Hibiscus Gin — a perfect sipper to stay hydrated at EPCOT Farmers Feast.

Croissant with Goat Cheese, Herbs and Roasted Garlic

This croissant speaks no English and transports you to the City of Lights with one bite into its buttery, flaky self. That journey made for easy travel as you’re accompanied by an irresistible, herbaceous funk from the goat cheese, herbs, and roasted garlic. Grab this at Fleur de Lys (French Pavillion).

Caramelized Beignet

Didn’t know that beignets could get any better, but Disney made it happen at Fleur de Lys (French Pavillion) by filling it with vanilla cream and treating it to a sweet glaze.

Mediterranean Flatbread

The Mediterranean Flatbread at Tangierine Café: Flavors of the Medina (Morocco Pavilion) is loaded with chermoula, roasted veggies, artichoke, olives and feta cheese, so technically this can be your heavy lifting for the day if you missed the weights.

Grilled Street Corn on the Cob

Pull up to the EPCOT Farmers Feast (Near Test Track) and grab this handheld favorite that also boasts a savory garlic spread and plant-based cheese.

Seasonal Fruit Parfait with Sweet Chili Sauce and Mango DOLE Whip

I’m grabbing one of these at the Refreshment Outpost and holding it up proudly like the Statue of Liberty. That’s how hyped I would be to eat this.

Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich

Connections Eatery is answering many park-goers’ cravings with this Southern-fried chicken sandwich that’s glazed with hot honey, accompanied by pickles, and nestled in a pillowy brioche bun.

Seared Pork Tenderloin with Corn Risotto

Once the weathers warms up, this delectable plate of seared pork tenderloin with corn risotto and roasted red pepper sauce will debut on the Summer Soltice menu at EPCOT Farmers Feast.

This is just the proverbial tip of the iceberg when it comes to all the food options at the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, so make sure to check out the full list of delicious eats here.
