First introduced back in summer 2012 for a limited time, IHOP's Red Velvet Pancakes are back, now 'til April 14, 2013 at participating restaurants.

Although I don't recommend taking your boo to IHOP tonight, these red velvet stacks of fluff do look quite delicious. The combination of rich chocolate and a generous amount of cream cheese icing sounds more like an excuse to eat dessert for breakfast, which we totally support -- whether Valentine's Day or not.
