Craving: Corned Beef Hash and Runny Eggs
This past weekend I went to a buffet at the Pechanga Hotel in Temecula, CA. I was treated to an amazing brunch by my parents, and believe it or not, it was the first time I ever experienced Corned Beef Hash as a breakfast item. It was absolutely delicious, so I decided to scour the web and find an equally appealing portrayal of that breakfast considering I unfortunately left my camera at home during the trip.
