These Shelter Dogs Get Treated To Starbucks Puppuccinos And It's Adorable

As adorable as doggies in shelters look as you walk by and see them stick out their little tongues, the shelter life is obviously not an ideal one.

The people who work at these facilities do care for the dogs, though, and the Kitsap Humane Society in Washington state is living proof of it. Shelter dogs often look like old Civil War vets who have probably seen some things, so the fact that this shelter takes them out for some Starbucks is dangerously captivating.

You've probably heard of the little whipped cream cup called the Puppuccino, an internet-led trend that isn't endorsed by Starbucks, but is still a "thing." Well, Kitsap decided it'd give its shelter dogs a little treat by taking them to get these Puppuccinos.

One of the volunteers at the shelter, Molly Clark, has started a Tuesday tradition where she'll get one of the dogs, load it into her car, and take it out for a coffeehouse treat.

On top of that, the local Starbucks' post signs of "Shelter Dogs of the Week" in order to help the dogs find a home.

While the Puppuccino trips area cute concept, it's still good to note that all dogs are different, and could be lactose intolerant, so if you want to take your own dog for one of these, consult with a vet first, that way you don't have a sick pup to worry about.

With that said, the photos are way too adorbs, as Kitsap has shared the cuteness overload through their Instagram account. Check them out:
