He's Neil Patrick Harris, so it's not surprise that his birthday was legendary. The man has had epic food adventures in his life, from helping a couple dudes get to White Castle, to finding the best burger in New York with his best buds.

Now he can say one of the best chefs in the world taught him how to perfectly grill up some steaks.

This birthday surprise was provided by Harris' husband, David Burtka, as the two took to Twitter, excited to show off the expert grilling lessons they received.

Among other things, it looks like they grilled up some delicious corn on the cob, steak, chicken and brussels sprouts.
