These Mac & Cheese Bombs would have been impressive without the added mozzarella cheese, but they're just a little crazier with that extra cheesy surprise.

Amy Erickson of Oh, Bite It is a Frankenfood extraordinaire, and her latest creation only requires Easy Mac, mozzarella cheese, and some basic baking ingredients.

By mixing flour and egg in already prepared mac & cheese, she was able to make the base for these fried balls. She cut up cubes of mozzarella cheese and molded the mac & cheese mix around them.

The end results are these crispy fried mac & cheese domes, protecting a gooey Wonder Ball-like treat of Mozzarella cheese for a pretty innovative appetizer.
