Bruxie's Angry Mac N Cheese is a three cheese blend of parmesan, cheddar, and Bruxie cheese sauce, with a giant, golden brown, spicy fried chicken drumstick marinated in Spicy Bruxie Sauce plunged right into the center. It's then drizzled with buffalo sauce and topped off with chunks of smokey applewood bacon. If you love spicy and savory, be sure to get in line for this MEAT STREET exclusive.

Norigami Pork — Pork Crusted Pizza

Norigami’s Pork Crusted Pizza is a thick cut slice of pork, rolled in panko and deep fried until golden brown. Some Sriracha Barbecue sauce is added for a super-spicy kick. Finally, this pork crusted pizza is topped with shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped red and green onions, and, of course, BACON!

Halal Guys will be serving up traditional Halal Guys beef and chicken halal on a giant 52-inch platter!

A bed of crispy seasoned fries, layered with carne asada and al pastor, with pinto beans, Queso Fresco, onions and cilantro. Covered with Tomatillo Salsa, sour cream and guacamole

Brace yourselves, Mess Hall Canteen is about to set off the SPAM BOMB: a crispy, and cheesy take on Spam musubi. Imagine melty mozzarella and pepper jack cheese, with sliced HICKORY SMOKE SPAM wrapped in a tempura battered nori, and deep fried until golden brown.

@TheVulgarChef and Slater's 50/50 Burgers are teaming up to create The TOTCHO Burger exclusively for MEAT STREET. This carne asada burger is ready to wreck ALL appetites at MEAT STREET.

It's a new take on Spam Katsu. These "SPAM fries" are thick-cut pieces of Spam, battered and deep-fried in panko flakes, then topped with a healthy heap of teriyaki aioli drizzle. This is what it would look like if your beloved chicken katsu were replaced by Spam.

This colorful and crunchy treat is a handmade waffle shell made with bacon inside. Layered with vanilla maple ice cream, topped with chocolate sauce, bacon bits, then Covered in Fruity Pebbles Cereal. Save room for these bad boys.

Marketplace: Buy-As-You-Go

Get Ready for The Godzilla Burger, an all-angus beef patty DRENCHED in gojuchang BBQ sauce, with a slice of fried Korean BBQ marinated SPAM added for good measure. Topped with marinated cucumbers, and pepper jack cheese and Burger Monster’s Bacon Jam.

The calamari is beer-battered and fried to a golden brown before being topped with cheese, avocado crema, Angus carne asada, and a Southeast Asian salsa that brings some fresh flair to the affair. Together, it creates a version of Carne Asada fries that is totally suited for Meat Street.

Hobo Co.'s pizza is an exotic mashup of shawarma and pizza. It's got some righteous pizza dough coated in both tomato and tahini sauce, shawarma beef, and fresh mozzarella cheese. After being baked to a golden brown, the Shawarma pizza gets topped with fresh chopped parsley and pickled turnips, giving you a mix of rich, beefy, cheesy, and pickled flavors for a well-balanced pizza.

The sandwich gets its name from the eight slices of pan-fried Spam that get loaded into it and the GIANT handmade scallion pancake that serves as the base. It's also drizzled with an aioli sauce and topped with a kaleidoscopic assortment of veggies: pickled radishes, carrots, red cabbage, and a healthy amount of cilantro, give you a symphony of flavors that can only be had at Meat Street.

To create this two-fisted bovine bonanza, Mess Hall sous vide the shank for 18 hours, battered it, deep-fried it, and drowned this hefty masterpiece in barbecue sauce and a scintillating drizzle of chipotle sauce.

Using white rice, fried Spam pieces, nori, pineapple, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and Sriracha drizzle, this bad boy will either make you feel like you're grubbing in Hawaii for one bite, then Italy for the next bite.

Meat Up is upping the ante in their sandwich by cramming brisket PLUS three more meats into their version: crispy pieces of bacon, smoked beef bratwurst sausages, and shreds of juicy pulled pork.

The Three-Headed devil dog is The Viking Truck's spin on a classic corn dog.  It's made with Chicken apple, bratwurst and polish sausage. Stuffed with cheese and bacon bits and dipped in Lingonberry sauce. DAMN!

So, if you don't want that day after MEAT STREET FOMO, be sure to grab your tickets!

This list will be updated as we hear about more vendors and dishes leading up the event.
