Buffalo Wild Wings to Raise Wing Prices in November

bww

I remember when a Buffalo Wild Wings opened up near my house and I was excited to grub on 50-cent wings every Tuesday night. The fact that they were 50 cents meant I could eat like a king for about $5. Then, little by little, the price of the wings started going up. About a year later, the price went up to 55 cents per wing, which was still cool. Then they went up to 60 cents per wing, and I was like, "Bruh?"

Well, it looks like Buffalo Wild Wings is in a bit of a bind because the price of chicken is rising. So at the end of November, they're looking at a 3 percent price hike for their chicken wings.

According to CNN Money, BWW is paying 30 percent more for its wings than it used to, mostly because the demand is so high during football season that farmers can't produce enough chickens.

B-Dubs doesn't expect much backlash. In fact, they're expecting an 18 percent profit jump in 2015.

Long gone are the days of 50-Cent-Wing-Tuesdays, but I'll be damned if I'm gonna stop eating those Mango Habanero wings.
