Take a Look at These Frighteningly Realistic Versions of Kid’s Cereal Mascots

In case you needed another excuse for not eating breakfast, artist Guillermo Fajardo’s new series of “Breakfast Time” digital paintings may have you never wanting to open your kitchen cabinets again.

In terrifying detail, the series currently includes grrrrizzly convict Tony the Tiger, living mummy Cap’n Crunch, milk-n-blood guzzler Count Chocula and scrawny stoner guy Trix Rabbit. Each looks like he could use a bottle of Lubriderm and Visine, and each has probably at some point been an extra on the Walking Dead. See below:

Granted, I went to a Halloween event last night, so I may be more sensitive to seeing warped versions of beloved childhood characters than most, but you gotta admit, these guys are f**king scary.
