If we had to liken a tiramisu consistency to any one packaged good, it would be Twinkies. Our friend Lindsey made the same connection, so much so she fashioned up a Twinkie Tiramisu recipe, with the help of 12 Twinkies, strong espresso, whipping cream, cocoa powder and mascarpone.
